Seth Good
Founder
Seth was born and raised in Amherst, Virginia. He and his wife Britney have four beautiful children. He graduated from Liberty Christian Academy and went on to study at Liberty University. Seth cut his time at Liberty University short to join Frank Good Builders and still actively runs the company. Seth’s has successfully spun off multiple companies from Frank Good Builders including Paragon Home Plans, Good Groundworks, City View Venues, and more. His experience running a portfolio of companies within the construction industry uniquely position’s TruVine to tap into that network and produce outsized returns for investors.
Max Ferris
Development Manager
Max was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, before studying Finance at Liberty University. After graduation, he and his wife, Calah, moved to Forest, Virginia, where Max became a founding team member at TruVine Investments. Growing up around real estate development and architecture, he developed an early passion for the field, leading him to pursue a career in real estate development and investment.
Driven by a desire to create environments with enduring value, impact, and a strong sense of place, Max leads TruVine Investments' development, investment, and asset management efforts. He also plays a key role in establishing the systems and processes that guide the firm’s long-term growth and vision.
Tyler Guenther
Business Development Manager
Born and raised in the Midwest, Tyler moved to Lynchburg over a decade ago to study Business at Liberty University. There, he met his wife, Dana, and together they are raising three wonderful children. Growing up in the world of construction, he has expanded his expertise across industries, building a successful career in tech sales, serving Fortune 500 companies.
Tyler values connecting with people - whether building new relationships or maintaining long-standing ones. Known for his professionalism and collaborative mindset, he is committed to creating positive experiences for clients and looks forward to new opportunities while investing in others along the way.
